Job description / Role
Multinational company setting up a regional office in Qatar - Doha
Duties:
- New start up office so implementing & setting up the regional office
- Managing a small team of sales and engineers
- Diary management, booking travel
- Visa processing
- Liaising with Head Office HR in the UK
- Answering calls, taking messages etc
- Project administration involvement
- Typing letters, proposals and memo's
- Client liaison, meeting & greeting in the office
- Inputting and updating systems
- Building client relationships
- Day to day running of the office
- Ordering stationary
- Maintaining the office records, tenancy etc
Requirements
- Administration - Office Management 3 - 5 years experience
- Construction background advantages in Middle East
- Flexible
- Excellent English communication skills
- IT literate in Microsoft Office Packages, Word, Excel and Outlook
- If working in Qatar able to obtain an NOC transfer visa

- Qatar experience advantageous
