The RoleThe RolePlug-Ins Electronix, a member of the Al-Futtaim groups electronics division, is the largest multi brand electronics and IT retailer in the UAE. Representing over 300 leading brands, the electronics powerhouse is currently situated in Dubai Festival City, BurJuman, Al-Ghurair City, Souk Madinat, Jumeirah, Madina Mall (Abu Dhabi) and Dubai Mall. Plug-Ins Electronix enjoys high-brand recognition across the Middle East and is known for its leadership position and trend setting initiatives. Reputed for its extensive range of products, the electronics retail chain is underpinned by a team of product-savvy salespersons who guide and assist customers in their purchasing decisions. We are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Receptionist to work in Dubai. Your role will include the following: Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required Greet, assist and/or direct customers Maintain solid customer relationship by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Pick up and deliver the mail |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Good customer service experience, experience in retail industry will be an advantage. Must be willing to work in shifts. Good communication skills. |
