The Role : Receptionist/Secretary

Salary: 5000 - 6000 AED

Our client is a well-known company with 25 years experience across the Rubber Industry, Lubricants and Adhesives Industries, Foam Industries and more. We are proud to hold solid reputation within the market for being a strong competitor as well as an employer of choice. We are now on search for an experienced professional Receptionist.

Reporting to the Office Manager your experience in reception and office admin will be put to good use in a busy fast moving environment. As the face of the company your communication and presentation skills will be exceptional, as your bright and warm personality will be needed to greet all incoming guests to the company, answer and distribute all phone calls in a professional manger and take messages and distribute as necessary.

Working alongside another Receptionist / Administrator, you will use your organisation and administration skills you will assist with booking meeting, travel arrangements, leave schedules, supporting the sales and logistics teams and supporting the
office manager with ad hoc projects.

You will thrive on challenges and be able to cope with working in a fast paced and pressured environment, helping to create systems and processes as the company is going through a development phase.

As an experienced Receptionist/Administrator you will possess a winning can do approach to everything and have strong knowledge of computers. Your communication skills in English both verbal and written will be second to none, and you will be very professionally presented at all times.
