Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Attending the reception desk and looking after client requirements
Handling the day-to-day administration duties
To arrange appointment as per schedules
Maintain all important files and all relevant documents of clients and set-up a filing system for internal use
Looking after couriers, faxes, emails
Update Visitors book
Attending telephone inquiry
Secretarial activities
Other routine office work

Requirements

Candidate should have min Graduate with 2+ Years of experience as Receptionist / Secretary.
Should have Presentable
Should speak good English
Can be any nationality (Preferred Indian)
Available immediately (within 2 weeks)
