Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide a great visitor experience by greeting visitors and clients arriving at the office by name in a friendly and professional way.
- Maintain a high standard of tidiness and order in the reception area and meeting rooms at all times, including newspapers, magazines and research collateral.
- Greet and deal with external and internal visitors as well as liaising with the team in a friendly and professional manner and offering refreshments.
- Maintain an efficient and effective booking system for the meeting rooms.
- Answer the switchboard promptly in a polite and clear manner so that enquiries are dealt with efficiently and put through to the appropriate individual.
- Make full and accurate notes of relevant telephone conversations and ensure that they are actioned or passed on to the appropriate colleague without delay.
- To be aware of current business transactions within the offices to ensure that the best possible service is provided to clients at all times.
- Update and circulate the extension list, make/arrange changes to the telephone system and voicemail (e.g. bank holidays/weekends, new starters etc.) when required.
- Monitoring of brochures on display and ensure that quantities are enough
- Monitoring of stationeries
- To provide support to team with over flow of report typing, binding reports and filing.

Salary for this position is 10,000 AED per month + flight + medical

Requirements

- You will be very well presented, have a clear, confident speaking voice, cheerful personality and a good sense of humour.
- This role requires an individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone.
- The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, organised and pro-active with good computing skills, excellent administration skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks.
- They will also have a hands on attitude and possess the necessary skills, manner and experience to provide an effective support service to the department/office.
- A proven background in Reception and Administration.
- Professional experience and personal skills profile
