Employment: Full Time

Our client, a legal services company is currently recruiting for a Temporary Admin Assistant

This position will be responsible for greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls; managing boardroom bookings; organizing conference calls; providing general administrative support; ordering and maintaining office supplies and opening and distributing mail and courier packages. Additional duties may include assisting with the planning and coordination of client meetings and events. The successful candidate will be Western educated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet clients and provide a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Accurately take and deliver messages
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner
- Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence
- Accept courier packages; prepare and organize delivery of courier packages
- Provide support for client events and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant in the UAE
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 2007 (Word/Excel)
- Superior communications skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Proven attention to detail
- Professionally presented
- We require candidates who are available immediately and on their husbands or fathers sponsorship
