Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operating the companys telephone switchboard ensuring accuracy and efficiency in dealing with calls.
Organize receipt, distribution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail to and from the company.
Assisting the Department by dispatching documents by post office or by courier.
Oversee the scheduling of meetings in conference rooms.
Provide administration related support to all departments as required.
Handling procurement by coordinating with Office Assistant in ordering and purchasing of office stationery, office equipment, and groceries on a monthly basis.
Perform any other duty as assigned by the Line Manager from time to time,
Fax, scan and photocopy of documents as required.
Maintain logs and transmittals of all incoming and outgoing documents.

Requirements

Must not be more than 35 years of age with excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
Must have minimum 2 years experience as receptionist, secretary, call center agent, or other related positions. Experience in hospitality industry (hotels, restaurant, airlines) is an advantage.
Must have telephone operation skills.
Must be organized and familiar with office management and secretarial functions.
Must have good computer skills.
