Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Receiving Inbound calls as per policy and quality standards
- Making Outbound calls for feedback survey & telesales as per policy and quality standards
- Following scripts for all inbound processes and outbound campaigns
- Respond to all client telephonic queries in a clear, polite and positive manner
- Ensure prompt follow ups to all outstanding client telephonic queries
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all Touch points on system as per GW process
- Continuously strive to increase the number of inbound calls to by suggesting new initiatives that will enhance client call volumes / month
- Providing regular updates to management on feedback received from Clients & enhancement recommendation
- Reporting Clients complaints & resolution recommendations to line manager
- Reporting Clients compliments & reward recommendations to line manager
- Support on monthly Client Feedback Surveys
- Support in preparing Client Care reports
- Ensure clients and related parties are given correct and up to date information on products and services
- Ensure all internal systems are updated with accurate file status at all times i.e. LMS, Tracer
- Coordinate and respond professionally to all requests from internal and external clients

Requirements

Looking for a UAE National Diploma or High school with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic for a reputed Investment Company in Abudhabi

Greet and direct all visitorsincludes (Clients, Vendors, Job candidates and others) by delivering excellent hospitality service.
- Manage and ensure the reception area is neat at all times and report tidiness related concerns to premises management
- Manage reception access & log all visits appointments in compliance with AL DAR HQ protocol
- Ensure log all items receivables are registered in I visitors in compliance with AL DAR HQ protocol
- Assist in meeting room booking coordination
- Ensure with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Respond to all client queries in a clear, polite and positive manner
- Monthly prepare & share the walk in client tracker with the line manager
- Register & report walk in clients complaints & compliments
- Responsible for our clients comfort, satisfaction and safety
