Job description / Role
- Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, and messages at front reception
- Responsible for keeping stock and ordering office supplies, stationery, etc. as per the set schedule
- Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Organize meetings, setting up conference rooms
- Assist in providing general office management support to the Office Manager, facilities maintenance , Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in coordination of operational purchases; create requisitions and Purchase orders in the system
- Update internal telephone directory on a regular basis
- Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally
- Performa all job functions with adherence to Bloom's Philosophy and Values
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in administrative support role - proactive, efficient, trustworthy and mature individual with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Education level - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to other job functions in the Admin Dept. as and when required
