Receptionist

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an international provider of serviced office space who has recently opened their first office in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking to hire a customer facing Receptionist who will welcome all guests including clients using the office space, potential future business as well as visitors and suppliers.

As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will welcome visitors and deal with their queries. You will also show clients to the relevant waiting area and offer refreshments. You will perform all these duties with excellent communication in a timely manner. In addition, you will also act as the main telephone point of contact for all incoming calls, directing these to the relevant individual in a timely manner.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least one years experience in a Receptionist position, ideally from within the UAE. You should also have previously worked in a high volume environment. It is essential you have exceptional personal presentation, a high level of English communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
