The Role


The Role


• Answering the call and transfer it to the concerned person.
• Welcoming the guests and visitors and direct them to the right person.
• Dispatch mail from Post Office and other origin and sources.
• Typing letters and correspondence to all departments head.
• Preparing all the necessary documents for the governments
• Provide the necessary stationary items to employees
• Distribution and collection of correspondence, files and mail between departments
• Photocopying/scanning and binding of documents
• Responsible for sending and distributing incoming Faxes for all Departments

• Listening skills
• Good communication skills
• Presentable

The ideal candidate would be someone with even a year of experience, presentable and knows the basic hospitality etiquette. Also can speak both, Arabic and English.
