Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To assist the superior in the smooth and efficient running of a comprehensive office while ensuring high levels of diplomacy and communication skills.
Handle all incoming/outgoing telephone calls and connect the caller to the correct department or required person in the Company
Answer telephone calls in a polite and pleasing manner without offending the caller
Maintain contact list and assist the company employees in calling outside parties / agencies
Attend to visitors to the company premises and guide them to the appropriate person / department
Make visitors to the company premises comfortable till their contact person attends to them
Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy
Deal with visitors complaints and enquiries in an efficient manner.

Requirements

Qualifications
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 1 year in office experience.
High degree of professionalism
The ability to work under pressure, without supervision, has good organizational and communication skills and good business English.
