Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

•Greeting visitors, offering them refreshments when required and directing them to the right employee.
•Answering queries whether for walk-in visitors, phone calls, faxes or general inquiries.
•Answering switch board calls, transferring calls in the right manner/direction and taking messages if required.
•Screening phone calls ascertaining no fraud calls are transferred to the employees.
•Keeping the reception area tidy and in the expected standard and image for Daikin McQuay.
•Looking after the 'visitor' book and security passes.
•Receipt of courier parcels/mail and distributing the mail among the right employees.
•Assist the sales team with their reporting and sales analysis.
•Manage the stationary/Pantry supplies, keeping track of any required elements.
•Manage the tidiness and schedule of meeting rooms, organizing meetings and events when and if required.
•Provide general clerical and administrative support to employees and management.

Requirements

•High school diploma/University degree required.
•Very good command of English.
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
•Computer literate and ability to use relevant software applications.
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
•Verbal and written communication skills.
•Professional personal presentation.
•Customer service orientation.
•Information management.
