Our client, one of the world’s leading creative agencies, is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their expanding team in Dubai. Working with the likes of Audi, Gillette, Doritos & Bridgestone Tyres to name a few has made our client one of the world’s top 10 advertising agencies. Having been in Dubai now for over 10years they have built a strong reputation for professionalism and high quality work.

The principal responsibility of the Receptionist position is to provide the initial point of contact within the office. Other responsibilities will be to control all administrative processes, answer phones and office correspondence, scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel requirements and coordinating office support services including stationary orders, filing and general office housekeeping.

Requirements

As the successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a reception or administrative role and be western educated. You must have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel and a working knowledge of PowerPoint. You should have the ability to work autonomously, be highly organized, flexible and be comfortable with communicating effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
