Objective: Receptionist
Main responsibilities:
Answering the phone
Dealing with deliveries
Managing drivers
Ordering stationary
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Subordinates: Drivers
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent, full-time
Desired start date: June 1st
Probation: 6 Months
Working hours: Sunday - Thursday 9am-5pm
Gross monthly base salary: 3,000

Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 Years
Specialist knowledge: Excellent telephone manner,
Excellent computer skills, Well Spoken, Polite, Practical, Must have good common sense, Presentable
Age Range: 20 - 28
