Monjasa DMCC is looking for a professional, well organised, and strong service-minded Receptionist to take responsibility for the Reception.

The position is full time and is expected occupied as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Receptionist based in an international and fast growing environment you are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive the best service at all times. The position involves a variety of administrative and traditional reception tasks. It is important that you can navigate in an international environment where multi-cultural differences are part of your everyday life. The job furthermore involves a high degree of independence in relation to planning and solving tasks. As a Receptionist, you are an important part of the whole team, so it is important that you also know how to cooperate and communicate with all types of people.

AREAS OF FOCUS
Serving customers in person, via email and phone
Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Handling courier
Assistance to office staff with bookings etc.
Pick up and deliver the mail
Book service for the company cars
Order lunch for the staff and keep lunch account overview
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Minimum 4 years of working experience in office and administration
Experience as a receptionist or office assistant will be an advantage
Experience with bookkeeping
Experience of working in an international company with English as the main language
Accustomed to working with global processes (workflows and systems)
High level of English in speech, writing and understanding
Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
Experience with Navision is an advantage
