The Role


The Role


1.Take care of the reception area in general; serve clients/ visitors.
2.Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner by the third ring. Dial and transfer the outgoing international calls and make a monthly list with all destinations and the person requested the call.
3.Coordinate maintenance issues and contacting suppliers.
4.Represent the company internally as well as externally.
5.Coordinate transportation for clients, if needed.
6.Log in front office deliveries, such as mail parcels. Announce arrival of parcels to the appropriate person.
7.Perform reception duties and related tasks.

Requirements


Requirements


1.1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or as secretary.
2.Customer care back ground or a shop rep is preferable
3.Operator skills and experience in handling phone and appointments.
4.Typing and computer skills as well as office management skills
5.Excellent communication and outgoing character.
6.Arabic language skills essential.
