Employment: Full Time

My client is currently looking for a receptionist/secretary to provide the following:

- To be a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all guests upon arrival
- Manage and distribute mail and messages with confidentiality.
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails
- Managing meeting room bookings and creatively assisting with appropriate solutions for meeting requirements (arrangements catering, presentations (liaising with IT), documentation, and overseeing presentation of the room).
- Provide facility for cover at Front Desk at all times.

Requirements

The suitable candidate will have the following attributes:

- Previous receptionist/secretarial experience based within prestige environments.
- Impeccably presented
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Highly organised
- Approachable and professional manner
