Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for any visitors at the office.

This role will include the following:
- Meet and greet clients/customers both at front of house and via telephone.
- Booking meetings.
- Arranging couriers.
- Forwarding calls to the relevant person.
- Administration work.
- Sorting and distributing post and any other files.

Requirements

- Experience in Reception/Admin work.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Advanced knowledge on all Microsoft programs.
- Excellent English (both spoken and written).
