My client is currently seeking a well presented and articulate receptionist to join their professional and established team. The responsibilities are as follows:
- Meet and greet the high profile clientele
- Switchboard management
- Meeting room maintenance
- Occasionally provide administrative support to the senior team.
- Dealing with general queries via telephone and email
