Job description / Role
My client is currently looking for an Arabic speaking Receptionist to join their established and professional team. Responsibilities to include:
- Meet and greet clientele
- Dealing with inbound queries and correspondence via telephone and email
- Maintain meeting rooms and reception area
- May be required to provide administrative support as and when the workload increases
Requirements
- Previous reception experience
- Well presented and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be Arabic speaking (this is mandatory)
- Key attention to detail
