Receptionist

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a market-leading multinational organisation specialised in the retail business. With a presence in over 100 countries worldwide, our client is looking to hire a Receptionist to join the business working from their Dubai office.

This is a customer facing and demanding position. As Receptionist you will be the face of the business, you will deal with all incoming guests and clients as well as employees, contractors and deliveries. You will also deal with a high volume of incoming calls and emails. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning a large number of events.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be educated to a minimum of Diploma level and have more than 2 years experience in a front of house position. Ideally you should be familiar with the retail, fashion or sports industries. It is essential you have experience of event planning and UAE exposure. You should also be well presented with an active, positive and outgoing personality to embody the brand.
