Job description / Role
- To handle front office duties.
- To receive and answer calls of the patients.
- To schedule appointments for patients.
- To receive payments from patients.
- Gather and accurately record insurance information from patients.
- See that patient records are organized.
- Accurately file patient information/record on the system.
- Prepare claim forms for patients with dental insurance.
- Mail or electronically submit claim forms from office.
- Any other duties which may be required, as and when management decides.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist/admin role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communications skills in English. Knowledge in Arabic will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members
- Team player
- Customer service or patient relations experience
- Pleasing personality, extrovert and cheerful
- Good computer skills Microsoft word and Excel
