Salary up to AED 9500
Professional consultancy in DIFC are seeking a well groomed well-spoken experience Receptionist to make that all important first impression.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Booking taxis
- Greeting guests
- Ordering catering for office
- Sending and coordinating emails
- Making reservations
- Helping staff and Office Manager when requested
- Booking conference rooms and offices
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced level on Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must possess a professional telephone manner
- Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanor
- Arabic speakers an advantage but not essential
- 1 year reception experience
