Job description / Role
- Stays in the assigned Reception Counter to answer telephone calls and course it to the concerned employee.
- Manages correspondence like sending fax messages to the Central Fax room, distribution of units outgoing communication to concerned area.
- Meets and greets clients and relatives and provide assistance as required.
- Distributes reading materials to clients as a form of entertainment.
- Helps other colleagues according to their work-related needs as requested.
- Ensures safety when assisting a client and performing sensitive assignment.
- Accompanies male staff when the client being served is female.
- Attends to required work-related trainings, monthly meeting, and daily unit briefing.
- Performs other related jobs as requested by the Manager or Coordinator which is necessary for efficient service.
Requirements
- Participates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation.
- Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances.
- Works effectively under stressful condition.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet work deadline requirements.
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively in a team environment with other employees in the course of daily activities.
- Very good English communication skills. (Speaking & Writing)
