The RoleThe RoleCheck documents file (DC nos, Extn nos, Tel nos & Address for Gates E & S group of Companies, location maps, Out going overseas calls, Business cards, Document transmittal form, Gate pass for visitors. Out-door appointment book – Please ensure that the Sales personnel enter their out-door appointments before leaving Gates E & S’s premises. Visitors’ book – Visitors meeting with Gates E & S representative has to enter the details for their Company. Register book for letterheads – Staff who require letterheads has to sign the mention the description & Qty. Out-going Mail/Letters/Invoices by post ‘local/registered’ should be entered in ERP with the LPO. Out-going courier packages should always be entered in ERP. In-coming courier i.e. invoices should be entered in the ERP send to the concern person. Airway bill copies should be filed on a date wise. Postal Mails to be sorted out separately once received. The Workstation has to be maintained clean and neat as it reflects the quality of the company. Requisition via ERP System Overseas & Local Couriers Switchboard Operations |
