Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is currently searching for a receptionist/secretary to join their busy and growing team. Responsibilities to include:
- Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email.
- Meeting and greeting clientele.
- Provide administrative support to the senior members of the team.
- May encompass some basic diary management.
- Maintain and coordinate meeting rooms.

Requirements

- New Zealand National ONLY
Well presented and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administrative support/receptionist experience (minimum of two years)
- Educated to a degree level
- A self starter
- Resilient
- Able to prioritise and take on a heavy workload
- Arabic speaking is a nice to have
