Job description / Role
- Temporary Position ( 4 months)
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role preferably in Oil & Gas / Engineering Sector
- Must be on Father's or Husband's Sponsorship
- Must be a team player
- Must have strong experience in end to end recruitment
- Overseas recruitment experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salary: AED 12,000 - 14,000
