Job description / Role

- Developing and executing an approach to achieve staffing goals & deliver on target staffing plans. Managing the full cycle recruiting process across for technical and non-technical roles.
- Construct and manage relationships with key BH management, employees and candidates. Partnering with concerned managers and their teams across the business to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Manage back-end recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions with the existing ATS (Recruitment Software). Implement efficient, scalable recruiting business processes, which supports Better Homes rapid growth.
- Create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the right candidates, including innovative use of www.bhomes.com (careers.bhomes.com). Designing and implementing efficient PR and Marketing Recruitment strategies in alignment with Marketing to increase the Recruitment Brand Awareness.
- Effectively utilizing online recruitment options by major usage of front lining social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Middle East & International Job Portals.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and Internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Assisting to improve Better Homes employer attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current labor law legislation; Visa rules, enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; assisting in training as and when required.
- Maintaining abreast of job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, Seminars and networking events.
- Preparing related MIS Reports, detailed job descriptions and other necessary documentation in alignment with Employee Relations.
- Formulating relationships with key Universities to arrange and attend Job fairs and/or building on those relationships to create internship program courses and online marketing awareness.

Requirements

- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive with details and facts.
- Local experience preferred from within the Real Estate Industry.
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Human Resource Management preferably with an additional qualification within Recruitment & Selection.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of all online related social media, job portals and web presence. With a focus on web based recruitment.
- Strong experience within Recruitment Management & its fundamentals. Proven track record of hiring mass staff.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office and knowledge of technical and HR based applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in assisting to manage staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a groomed junior management style.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
- Excellent personnel manager, open to direction, collaborative work style and commitment to achieve goals.
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation.
