Job description / Role
My client is a Multinational professional services firm looking for a Recruiter to join the business in Abu Dhabi.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
• Understanding recruiting demands and skills profiles within area of responsibility
• Screening applications and select candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
• Updating and utilizing recruiting databases and tools
• Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommend actions
• Participating in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
Requirements
The Person
The ideal candidate MUST have the following:
3-5 years recruitment/HR experience in a professional services organisation - essential
Fluent in English and Arabic - essential
Based in the UAE - essential
Worked for multinational companies - essential
Salary
AED 18,000 - 25,000
