Employment: Full Time

ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Talent Management Business Manager and with a dotted line into the Lead Recruiter, the role holder will work as an integrated part of the Talent Management project team based in Riyadh.

This key focus involves sourcing for both locally based and international candidates of all nationalities. The successful candidate will partner with other internationals recruiters to drive candidate location strategy and create sustainable talent pools.

The Recruiter identifies potential candidates and uses time and cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants without using external agencies.

The chosen candidate will have a strong track record in all aspects of the recruitment cycle from CV sourcing, competency based interview through to offer negotiations.

KEY DUTIES:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Designing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies

Developing search strategies, and overall staffing needs for the organization
?
Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, and continually build a pipeline of candidates
?
Reviewing all applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description and requirements; ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented
?
Effectively phone screening or interviewing all relevant applicants, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection
?
Gathering interview feedback from candidates and interview team; Determining with hiring managers next steps in the process
?
Obtaining all critical information on candidates; experience, salary, motivations and fit for the position
?
Educating hiring managers on the recruitment process; timeline, roles and responsibilities, as well as promoting candidate diversity
?
Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment trends, target companies, and innovative sourcing techniques such as industry events, networking, job boards, cold calling, external research, etc.
?
Maintaining sourcing and tracking spreadsheets and presenting updates on a weekly basis
?
Formulating job descriptions with Line Management to attract relevant candidates
?
Developing and maintaining client relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers and candidates
?
Managing search firm relationships
?
Working with HR and Mobilization team on all necessary compliance
?
Extending and negotiating all salary offers to candidates
?
Managing the closing of the position all the way through the on-boarding of successful candidates
?
Ensuring that the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and all HRIS Systems are consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
?
Reviewing weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target are being met
?
Advising the business on employment laws and regulations
?
Designing, developing and running career fairs and other networking events

Requirements

ESSENTIAL

Degree holder. Ideally in HR, Business Administration or related field

* At least 5 years experience with proven track record of success as a recruiter
* Demonstrated project management experience
* Creative sourcing and networking techniques
* Ability to conduct technical interviews at a higher level
* Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail

DESIRABLE:

* Proficiency with applicant tracking databases, such as Taleo
* Project Construction experience
* Rail / metro knowledge
