The Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to identify, attract, recruit and present the offer to the desired candidate for the business.

The Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist provides full lifecycle recruiting in support of an assigned business unit. As a recruiting specialist, this individual partners closely with the hiring managers to ensure that the recruiting process moves efficiently and that the organization is effectively identifying and hiring the talent the business needs to achieve its goals. As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter/ TA Specialist also influences team strategy, is active in project management, diversity and compliance efforts.

The Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to the creation of a ready pipe-line of quality candidates to fill future openings as quickly and efficiently as possible. The Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is hired and creating a best-in-class new hire experience.
- Source qualified candidates from various channels such as Internet, referrals, networking groups, and other traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods to build a talent pipeline to fill current and future openings.
- Work with hiring managers to identify needs, qualifications, responsibilities and characteristics of potential employees - assist in writing, and editing job postings
- Create and maintain requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, etc.
- Provides information on the company, job requirements and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Manage and coordinate appropriate communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process while maintaining candidate relationships

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience required.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for exempt and manager level staff functions.
- BA/ BS degree in HR or business preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with specialized sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business in a cost effective manner.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- A passion for talent acquisition.
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
- Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.
- Strong and demonstrated command of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet recruiting tools is required.
