Employment: Full Time

To support Alshaya's continued business growth we are currently looking for people with experience in recruitment to work within our busy Recruitment team, part of the HR Division.

From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions including HR services, recruitment and talent management. These are just some of the teams that support over 110 nationalities working across multiple brands and geographies. Our continued growth and expansion can only be achieved by recruiting, training and nurturing the best global talent. That's what we do.

We have roles for recruiters at all stages of their professional careers.

Recruitment Managers

The Recruitment Manager plans, designs, implements, manages and analyses appropriate integrated recruitment campaigns to deliver quality recruitment results to internal customers within service level agreements and budgets. You will manage a team of recruiters ensuring best practice recruitment activity is delivered consistently and that both hiring managers and candidates receive a first class recruitment experience.

Candidate Requirements:

* University degree.
* At least 7 years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting.
* Leadership and line management of recruitment staff.
* Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, able to challenge and influence.
* Deep knowledge of recruitment best practice able to create, implement and manage recruitment programs.

Lead Recruiters

You will play a leading role in the delivery of recruitment to multiple stakeholders ensuring end to end recruitment process is managed to best-practice standards. The role will include project work and operational hands on recruitment activity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* At least 3 years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Developed recruitment project management, planning and organisational skills.
* A proactive results driven approach.

Recruiters

You will manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for assigned areas of the business. You will work closely with a team of recruitment professionals, business stakeholders and external suppliers to hire the best talent for Alshaya in the most efficient and cost effective way while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements:

* At least 2 years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting.
* Strong direct candidate sourcing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective planning and organisational skills.
* A proactive results driven approach.

Recruitment Coordinators

Working as an integral part of the Recruitment Team you will be working closely with Recruiters and Recruitment Managers to support the recruitment process, this will include sourcing candidates, reviewing candidate applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process.

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience working within recruitment, HR or another business support function
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and using a computer
* Able to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask.
