The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout ADCB.

This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process within the assigned portfolio including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and selection, approvals and offer management and negotiation.
- Act as a recruitment partner to the business, advising business leaders on talent pools, recruitment policies and processes and provide insights on the current recruitment market.
- Build and maintain relationships and effective communication channels with all stakeholders so that resourcing requirements can be anticipated, identified and satisfied within an agreed TAT, and cost effectively.
- Provide credible and consultative advice and support to hiring managers during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle including resource planning, sourcing, assessing and selection as appropriate.
- Interviews candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential.
- Integrates multiple points of data on candidates (interviews, references, assessments, etc) to formulate an overall picture and consultatively provide a point of view to internal management.
- Ensure recruitment business practice is both implemented and adhered to and promote both quality and diversity throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder management to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and establish and maintain an in depth understanding of the organisation.
- Arrange and lead the recruitment briefing meeting to take full details of the business requirements for each element of the campaign (from the day to day running of a specific vacancy, management of information, frequency of communication, through to close).
- Maagement of the offer process including providing up to date market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area.
- Provision of regular commentary on direct recruitment activity to the Recruitment Manager to include sourcing analysis and the sharing of best practice.
- Maintain the agreed service levels with the business.
- Working as part of the broader recruitment team, to encourage skills transfer and sharing of market information to other members of the team.
- Providing regular market information from both internal and external sources.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and accuracy in all related administration throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and advise on the use of psychometric testing within the assigned business portfolio, ensuring adherence to policy, and being a certified psychometric examiner.
- Drive and increase Emiratisation across the designated business areas, and work with the Emiratisation team to promote other initiatives such as trainee programs.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years Recruitment experience is required, of which in-house experience is essential, and previous agency experience is desirable.
- Proven and demonstrable experience at building and developing relationships with internal stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrable experience at managing the recruitment process across a high volume of roles, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and creating and negotiating candidate offers.
