Hill provides program management, project management, construction management, and construction claims services worldwide. We are presently seeking a Recruiter to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Reporting: To: Recruitment Manager / HR Manager Duties: The duties of the Recruiter shall include but not be limited to: 1. Meeting with Project Managers and Vice President to determine recruitment requirements. Keeping an up to date list of all vacancies. 2. Placing adverts in various worldwide media including newspapers, magazines, company website and other recruitment websites. Receiving responses from adverts and screening CVs. 3. Sourcing candidates from various other locations including recruitment website databases headhunting and job fairs. 4. Assessing received CVs suitability against open vacancies. Arranging telephone/face to face interviews with Project Managers and suitable discipline engineers. 5. Conducting reference checks prior to finalization of contract. 6. Discussing and negotiating salary with selected candidates and making offers subject to agreement of senior Management. 7. Coordinating the mobilization of new employees and collection of required paperwork 8. Conducting an orientation to the company and country as required. RequirementsRequirements1. Bachelors Degree 2. Good command of the English language 3. A minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment in the Construction field. 4. Good knowledge of the UAE Labor Law. |
