As a result of our continued growth we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our in-house team based in Doha, Qatar. This role is integral for the sourcing and recruitment of industry professionals for our branch locations and KEO managed projects throughout the Gulf Region.

Requirements

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

Demonstrated experience in independently managing and participating in the recruitment process from end to end, from requisition approvals through to the candidate commencement.

Proven ability in the administrative components of recruiting including compiling job descriptions, writing advertisements and publishing via various mediums.

Experienced in the preparation of candidate profiles, job profiles and liaising with senior management in order to identify recruitment requirements.

Knowledge of industry and regionally specific developments.

Ideally you will hold a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent, or have a recognised Recruitment Industry qualification.

Ideally, you will have 5 years experience within an Architectural, Engineering or Construction consultancy environment in the Gulf Region in either an Agency or In-house Capacity
