Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned Dubai based retail group. Specifically focused within the perfume and personal care market, our client has a strong presence in the UAE and due to company growth they are looking to hire a Recruiter to be based from their Dubai office.

As Recruiter you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including headhunting, networking, end to end recruitment and onboarding. You will also be tasked with growing the company’s candidate database and mapping out the market. Working as part of a growing and diverse team you will be required to deliver results within strict time frames. You will be managing the end to end sourcing process, so fast paced agency experience is crucial.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have more than two years experience. It is essential you have previously worked in a volume recruitment role due to the extent of the company’s current growth. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.

This is a demanding position that will require you to be flexible, work under your own initiative and confident under pressure.
