The RoleThe RoleResponsibilities: Schedule interviews Create a high-touch, “best in class” candidate experience Update candidate status on PCR Extensive contact with prospective candidates, including: Maintaining candidate contact Candidate mailings and answering phones as necessary. Creation, distribution and archiving of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (KPI's) General word processing, editing, and reformatting of documents (MS Word and Excel required), adhering to corporate document style standards. Coordinating all administrative document processing related to active candidates, open positions and new hires Updating candidate data to respective reports and databases Updating position specifications Coordination with the Team Lead Monitoring status of impending hires etc. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequired Skills/Experience: 2+ years experience, preferably with a Recruitment Firm. Pleasing personality Graduate/Diploma Holder Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service focus Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Detail and team-oriented Ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, constantly changing environment |
