Our client a market leading multinational air conditioning, heating, ventilating and refrigeration company has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to act as a business partner in setting up their new branch located in Riyadh - KSA

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Line Manager’s Title: HR Manager

Job Purpose:
• Managing the recruitment Process from Approval to on-boarding across the Kingdom on Saudi Arabia.
• Planning recruitment
• Conducting Psychometric Assessments for all candidates that assess ability and personality aspects using the 15FQ+ and IRT (Verbal, Numerical and abstract ability) test Batteries, as well as providing feedback and analysis when and if required on conducted assessments.
• Work on maintaining information on an e-recruitment Management system with all candidates' history recorded and tracked.
• Responsible for selecting and sourcing the recruitment partners across the Kingdom and any necessory vendors from outside the kingdom that might be required.
• Reports recruitment progress on weekly basis to HO and with any required statistics depending on the country’s recruitment volume.
• Headhunting for senior roles through various channels in order to get the top notch candidates from our competitors.
• Responsible for writing contracts and offer letters through using the standardized Salary matrix and ascertain consistency in salary scales, communicates the offers to candidates ensuring that all legislations are met, and on boarding is done properly.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Ideal Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
• Ability to conduct competency based interviews.
• Act as recruitment partner for hiring managers.
• Has good understanding of saudization and Saudi Labor Law.
• Ability to do Psychometric Assessments is a plus.
• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines, organized work habits and good working attitude
• Excellent level of English and Arabic
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Mircosoft Office
Preferred:
• Any additional HR post-graduation studies would be a benefit (CIPD, PHR, etc)
