Job description / Role
Triage International is currently searching for an Account Manager ideally with Recruitment / RPO experience for our office in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our organisation managing multiple customer accounts providing Recruitment & RPO Services across the construction, education and healthcare sectors.
The following experience is required:
1. Develop long term stable relationships with our Customers
2. Identify Key Decision Makers within our customers to understand where Triage can add value
3. Manage and coordinate all activities between Triage and the customer.
4. Improve Customer's recognition of Triage and promote our full range of solutions to the customer
5.Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
6. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with respective Triage recruitment team to deliver the solution needed
7. Ensure the smooth delivery of resources to the project to improve Customer satisfaction
8. Create co-operative business plans with customers and help to define new recruitment strategies
Requirements
1. 5 10 years experience in Account Management in a B2B/E2E environment
2. Experience in selling Recruitment, or RPO solutions
3. Strong client facing skills
4. Experience in managing 10+ clients covering several verticals
