AED 7,000-10,000 plus benefits,
Dubai, UAE

We are a brand new start up Talent Acquisition organization and are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support the team.

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to work in a positive, highly energized and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly professional, organized candidate who can consistently meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.

Overall purpose of the role

To effectively support the office sales activities in all aspects of administration. To take responsibility for the accurate and efficient administration. Administrators must possess an eye for detail, have a professional manner, excellent interpersonal skills and be well organized.

Requirements

Criteria:

2 years HR/Recruitment/Administration experience an advantage.
Excellent presentation skills.
Someone able to work on own initiative and unsupervised.
Someone proactive not reactive.
Strong communication skills.
Self-Starter.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both in writing and verbally.
Competent user of MS Office including Word, Outlook, iCloud, Excel.
Personable and outgoing.
Thorough and an eye for detail.
Team player.
Good spoken and written English.
