The Role


Job Summary

As Recruitment Advisor you will be in charge of the full internal recruitment cycle for all positions of the program. You will be responsible for discussing roles with Project Directors and establishing resource requirements for the projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Working alongside other Recruitment Advisors you will be integral in ensuring business growth and ensuring adequate resourcing for all projects.

Work in coordination with the Regional Recruitment Specialist as well as the Recruitment Team to educate Business and Suppliers on best recruitment practice.

Ensure selection process is compliant with current and future employment policies

Utilise Website responses/Employee Referral Database to source candidates and manage talent pools.

Build and maintain effective relationships with Project Directors/Department Heads/Business Managers and other Recruitment team members to assist in the turnaround of applications submitted and gain feedback.

Liaise with recruitment agencies to source high quality candidate shortlist for specific roles.

Actively assist Project Directors with interviewing and other selection processes, ensuring appropriate hire judgments are made.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with desirable candidates during the recruitment process, ensuring that the Organization is perceived as an employer of choice.

Works independently but consults with Regional Recruitment Specialist on difficult issues or strategies that require additional support and guidance

Continually seek to make suggestions on improving current recruitment processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or other related fields.

Specific skills required:

Experience in sourcing, interviewing and recruitment.

Ability to interact effectively with senior management

Good IT skills, plus working knowledge of MS Office programs.

Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system /RMS (Recruitment Management System) preferred.

Able to update databases and manage electronic information.

Clear understanding of recruitment procedures within the Middle East

Working knowledge of technical recruitment or recruitment within the Engineering/Consulting sector

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to create detailed written documents and reports.

Must be able to work independently with a proactive approach

Excellent organizational skills - able to plan ahead, priorities and meet deadlines

Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Able to identify key issues and assess situations and decide on best action.

Flexible to travel within the Middle East.

Experience:

At least three years recruitment experience, gained in a busy HR/recruitment environment.
