Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Your job will include, but not limited to the following:

Participates with the Senior Recruitment Analyst (Office) in the development and implementation of annual recruitment plan to meet Company's requirements to procure high calibre employees as per manpower plans.
Receives and processes all recruitment requisitions.
Liaises with the Job Evaluation Analyst and Manpower Planning Analyst to obtain the relevant job grade,  copy of the current approved Job Description, ensures that the position is approved and vacant.
Conducts an effective recruitment services for permanent and contract non-filling station staff. This includes receiving applications, the arrangement for advertisements, and short-listing of potential candidates. Forwards short-listed candidates to the recruiting Division and attend interviews to assist identifying suitable candidate.
Analyse the qualifications, experience and skills required for each position, the nature and level of position, to select the most cost-effective channel to conduct recruitment.
Conducts a preliminary screening for received applications, checks basic requirements, ensures compatibility, and salary expectations are in line with Company policy.
Attends all interviews (with exception of Filling Station staff) along with the concerned Department or Division Manager, uses the approved standard interview form to record notes of each interview. Discusses each candidate's case with the Manager to determine suitability for the position, reaches a mutual agreement where possible. Prepares an Interview Report, along, with supporting documents accordingly and submits for further action.

Requirements

* BA in Business Admin ( Human Resource/ Management) or equivalent.
* 7 years  experience, in similar job and similar environment.
* Knowledge of recruitment practices, methods and strategies.
* Knowledge of the local and international employment markets.
* Very good knowledge of UAE Labour Law/and Gulf Employment Practise.
* Good communication and interviewing skills.
* Computer user, with knowledge of Windows, and to be able to use required applications.
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
