Recruitment Assistant (In house) Up to AED 15,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young, motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join a dynamic, creative company. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 2 years experience within a recruitment agency or an in house recruitment department, however full training and mentoring will be given therefore attitude, willingness to learn and drive are essential for this role.
This would be an ideal career step for a young recruitment agency professional wanting to take their first in house position.

Responsibilities include:
Design recruitment adverts for social media websites and continuously identify new channels to source fresh candidates
Assist the HR Manager with creating and updating job descriptions
Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns
Ensure all vacancies are filled within the deadlines
Create recruitment reports for all line managers
Assist with the recruitment budget and manpower planning reports
Screen and shortlist all suitable CVs based on job criteria
Conduct all 1st face to face interviews and brief line managers on your feedback of the candidates
Create a database of all relevant CVs
Act as the main focal point for all recruitment related concerns
Draft all employment letters and issue to the successful candidates
Manage the on boarding for all new employees

Requirements

Candidates should be eager to learn, have a passion for recruitment and HR, be motivated, able to solve problems and have a positive attitude. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year recruitment experience either within a recruitment agency or in house.
A HR qualification would be preferred for this role.
Excellent communication skills are required along with a determined attitude to fill all vacancies to tight deadlines.
