The Role

An established engineering company working in EPC contracts and Oil & Gas is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to help progress the company further in a professional and positive manner.

The company is based in Abu Dhabi and is currently actively involved in projects across the UAE.

Candidate Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing the company policies, plans, systems, procedures and job descriptions.
2. Contribute with proposals for improvement.
3. Maintain record for Human Resource planning as per the projects, actual needed and planned.
4. Update the Human Resource records on a weekly basis.
5. Maintain a data bank for the candidates. This should also reflect those that are in process, in labour, in immigration and immigration out. A close coordination with the PRO is to be done in this regard.
6. Assist the HR and Administration Manager in the recruitment process and any other action as advised by the HR and Administration Manager in this regard.
7. Participate in the process of new visas and the preparation of the requisite documents in this regard. Close coordination and liaison with the PRO for the submission of documents to the Ministry of Labour and Immigration and further follow up.

SALARY:
- AED 5,000 - AED 6,000 depending on experience.
