Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The job holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

Recruitment
Manage the full administration and coordination spectrum of Recruitment through to Deployment to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new employees:
Post job adverts on job sites and the company website.
Screen applications for live job vacancies.
Manage candidate tracker and keep all records up-to-date.
Coordinate with candidates on tracking of information and updating on job status.
Set up interviews between candidates and line managers.
Administer HR tests and assessments as required.
Assist in the facilitation of Group Recruitment Centers and Interviews.
Conduct reference checks as required.
Prepare offers of employment for selected candidates.
Coordinate Pre-Employment requirements to candidates ensuring that all documents required for visa application are in place.
Manage flights and accommodation bookings to all candidates for deployment.
Conduct group inductions for new joiners.

Administration
Liaise with the HR Executive to ensure that all Recruitment administration is accurate and up to date by conducting the following key tasks:
Ensure individual employee files are created prior the candidate joining with the complete Induction Forms properly filed.
Maintain an updated and complete file of all invoices relating to recruitment.
Maintain a complete file of all forms relating to recruitment Recruitment Request forms, Transfer.

Requirements

Essential:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written English.
University degree.
Excellent people skills, with ability to build relationship and rapport with.

Desirable:
2 year experience working in recruitment environment in F&B or Retail in UAE.
