Recruitment Assistant

Job description / Role

BPW Global Search are looking to appoint a recruitment assistant to work remotely from the Philippines and perform Recruitment / Administrative tasks for the company remotely.

The ideal person will be immediately available and have a background in Administration/ Recruitment / PA type roles. The position would be on a consultancy basis, and basically perform Recruitment support function for the BPW operation giving us an increased weekly working capacity.

The role would cover a number of key areas;

- Data Entry of candidates information and CV, uploading and inputting formatted cv and documents into a cloud based Recruitment software package called Bullhorn.
- Ensure that all candidate registration information is present and ensure the cv and key candidate documents are filed within the Cloud system.,
CV generation of technical CVs from original into a company standard template CV format. (client cv) to include all key and relevant information. This would be up to 100 CV's per week, and would be a the key function of the role on a day to day basis.
- Candidate contact, Interview booking and diary management.
- Job Posting of key positions onto job boards and Social media to ensure BPW market presence at all times. Screening of candidate responses and ensuring quality applications are flagged and entered into the Cloud System.

Requirements

Candidates will have the following key qualifications and skills;

- Degree qualified.
- Recruitment Sector experience of 2 years minimum.
- Excellent Typing and CV Generation skills.
- Excellent IT, skills and the ability to self learn in Recruitment software.
- Ability to mange time and day remotely with little supervision.
- Ability and proven track record in a high Pace target orientated business, KPI driven.
- Ability to understand and dissect technical information.
- Extensive experience of Social Media such as LinkedIn,

Must have your own PC and Phone Line.

Package on offer will be up to 12,000 PHP per month.
