Recruitment Consultant – Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain – Dubai.

Oceanic Resources International specialise in recruitment for the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, Removals and Relocation sectors. Established for 20 years, we are widely recognised and enjoy an excellent reputation for the level of service and quality of candidate we deliver.

Due to on-going expansion in our Dubai office we are seeking candidates with a proven track record in permanent recruitment.

Duties:

Developing relationships with corporate companies, and with corporate clients requiring global staff.

Growing market and commercial awareness through research and networking

Sourcing candidates via database searches, researching, networking and headhunting

Client negotiations, business development and client management

Managing interview processes and closing deals
