The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking talented Recruitment Consultants to join our team and focus in the areas of IT, Sales & Marketing, Media and Human Resources. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top global talent within these sectors for our clients as well as developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients from all around the world. We have opportunities exist at various levels from Resourcing, Researcher, Delivery Consultants, to Account Managers and Business Development Managers. You must have exposure of Recruitment or Human Resources, or have the domain experience in one of the following, IT, Sales & Marketing, Media or Human resources. You will be responsible for sourcing and delivering top candidates to an impressive client portfolio, including some of the biggest names in these Industry Sectors. You will be proactive in seeking opportunities and have your pulse on the market, and be aware of all movements within the market place. You will be part of a dynamic and energetic team and play a key role in enhancing and growing this existing team. You will be dealing with different people from all over the globe therefore cultural sensitivity and understanding in your job is required. Ideally the candidate will have previous background in Recruitment, Human Resources or Sales would be suitable for the post. RequirementsRequirementsYou will possess previous recruitment/hr experience (Resourcer, Account Manager or Business Development) - or have industry/domain experience in IT, Sales & Marketing, Media or HR. You will be a go getter, ambitious, and have a can do attitude. Have a strong sales attitude and be driven by over achievement and commissions You will possess Intellect, creativity and initiative to innovate and push the boundaries of what define success.
