Job description / Role
Michael Page Property & Construction has dedicated teams across 12 countries, including Middle East we have over 8 years proven track record in delivering on a variety of positions and projects including multi-role campaigns for local and multinational organisations. Due to continued growth and expansion we are now looking to add a consultant to the team in Qatar.

You will be responsible for managing and driving the growth as well as spearheading the Michael Page brand in the market place across the whole Middle East region. Your role will include:
- Taking a lead role in the continued development of the Property & Construction recruitment division in the Middle East
- Managing recruitment processes end to end with full candidate and client responsibility in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Growing the Michael Page Property & Construction brand and developing internal and external relationships
Requirements
- University Degree Educated
- Current or previous experience as a Property & Construction recruiter either agency or client side
- Track record of success in either achieving designated revenue or company manpower targets
- Genuine leadership skills with ability and desire to take on a bigger role in the future
- Strong networking and client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
